Introduction

There are plenty of opportunities to broaden your skill set in the modern era. With the changing times, it is critical to develop talents that will be in high demand in future. As a result, I've decided to enrol in a course in this rapidly expanding academic and business landscape.

What is this course?

This course is about digital marketing. This course covers various online marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, google ads, and search engine marketing.

When do you want to learn it?

My official graduation degree will be completed by the end of this year. Following that, I will enrol in this course.

Where can you learn it?

Although numerous online courses are available, I still prefer to enrol in a classroom training programme.

Explain why you want to learn it?

I wish to learn it for a variety of reasons. For starters, traditional marketing is decreasing, and with the internet's expanding network penetration, the future belongs to digital marketing. There is a need for more digital marketers in the sector, and I can take advantage of the early bird discount by enrolling in the course. It will get competitive after a few years, just like other fields. Therefore, getting in as soon as possible will be sensible. Aside from that, in this field, I need to focus on the tasks that have been allotted to me rather than completing everything from soup to nuts.

Furthermore, in today's market, digital marketers earn a great wage. So, by mastering the talent of digital marketing, I will be able to earn a significant quantity of money, allowing me to live a comfortable life.

Aside from that, I intend to launch my online business in the near future. There is no doubt that success in online work is mostly dependent on digital marketing. As a result, enrolling in a digital marketing course will be a beneficial investment because it will vastly improve my understanding of the digital world.

When do you want to learn it?

Ideally, I want to finish this course as soon as possible before beginning my degree programme. Because of this, I will be able to thrive in my coursework and establish a solid foundation in academic writing.

Where can you learn it?

This course is available through a variety of platforms, including YouTube, Alison, Henry Harvin, and edX. In-person courses are also available at several universities and language institutions.

Explain why you want to learn it?

I want to take this course because academic writing is necessary for success in higher education. Since English is not my first language and I am an international student, I need to improve my writing skills in order to connect with my teachers and peers properly. Furthermore, good writing skills are required for me to publish research articles and convey my views at seminars and conferences.

Essay organisation, paragraph development, citation styles, and plagiarism avoidance are common subjects covered in academic writing classes. These talents are required for writing academic papers that are organised, clear, and brief. If I learn these skills, I will be able to explain my ideas more clearly and achieve higher results in my assignments. Academic writing is a transferable talent that is highly regarded in many professions. Reports, proposals, and other sorts of documents require good writing skills in a range of industries, including business, healthcare, and government.

IELTS Speaking Part 3 - Follow-up questions

Question: What’s the most popular thing to learn nowadays?

Answer: The most popular subject to learn nowadays is determined by a variety of factors, including a person's personal interests, career goals, and cultural trends. Some of the most popular subjects to learn are foreign languages, online marketing, digital skills such as coding and data analysis, and personal development. These topics are in high demand due to their ability to offer new employment prospects and opportunities for personal development in an increasingly connected and digital environment.

Question: What influences young people more when choosing a course, income, or interest?

Answer: When it comes to picking a course of study, young people are more likely to be motivated by their interests rather than their potential earnings. While money is important, many young people prioritise choosing a job that aligns with their interests and ideals. They are typically more interested in programmes that allow for personal development and fulfilment. Furthermore, young people are aware that the employment market is dynamic and that their interests and abilities may change over time, so it is more important for them to focus on a course that interests them rather than one that promises financial security.

Question: Do young people take their parents’ advice when choosing a major?

Answer: Yes, young people should listen to their parents' advice while deciding on a major because they are role models in their children's lives. Even young people are aware that their parents have more experience and expertise than they have. Parents should guide them but allow them to make the final decision so that they realise the ramifications of their actions in the future.

Question: At what age should children start making their own decisions? Why?

Answer: I think it varies from one situation to another. When making sophisticated and complicated decisions, such as choosing a major, parents should advise but let their children make the final decision. When they enter secondary school, parents should let children choose depending on their interests and comfortable lifestyle.

Question: Why do some people prefer to study alone?

Answer: Some people prefer to study alone because it allows them to work at their own speed and concentrate without unwanted interruptions. To improve their learning, they can control their environment while studying alone, such as the temperature, lighting, and noise level. By reflecting on their studies while working alone, a person can recognise their strengths and flaws and better comprehend the subject matter. Furthermore, for people who are more introverted, studying alone can be less intimidating and more conducive to their learning style.

Question: What kinds of courses are useful for university students?

Answer: University students can pursue any course of their choice. Each course is significant in its own right. Some courses can help you get a job. Some are solely for personal satisfaction.
