Sometimes, a small piece of good news can change your entire day and that one piece of information can also alter your mood. Today, I will be talking about one such piece of good news that I heard from someone that made my day.

What was it?

The news I am talking about is when my best friend told me she got the job she was hoping for. She completed her master's degree this year and has been searching for a good job for a few months now, and finally, she cleared all the levels. 

When did you receive this news?

I received this good news back in April, and she told me all the things that had been happening with her and the cultural change she had not adjusted to. 

How did you receive this news?

I received this good news on a video call last month, and it made my day as I was super happy for her. 

Why do you feel it was good news?

It was good news because I felt that she deserved this job as I had seen her working hard in college and wanting this job. She wanted to become independent in a new country and repay all her loan money by herself without burdening her family. 

Conclusion

To conclude, hearing my friend tell me that she got the job she was aiming for was the highlight of the day, and I was genuinely happy for her.

Introduction

Getting good news every now and then gives you motivation that things will work in your favour as well. It is a way of getting hope and moving towards doing good. Likewise, I will be sharing a piece of good news I heard from someone.

What was it?

The good news was that one of my old roommates got an internship that she had previously applied for but was unsuccessful in obtaining. She also got a position in the placement cell, which made her eligible for placement at the end of her course. 

When did you receive this news?

I received this news last week when her exams got over. She went to her placement cell to get an update about her selection, and that is when she got to know me and immediately told me.

How did you receive this news?

The moment she got to know about her selection and internship acceptance, she called me and told me about it in the middle of the day. 

Why do you feel it was good news?

I feel amazing about this good news because being an NLU student and studying day and night with lots of unexpectancy is challenging. I feel being a Master’s student, internships are hard to find, which made me more happy for her.  

Conclusion

To conclude, seeing my friend achieve all that she has been working hard for made me happy and gave me a ray of hope for myself as well.

Every once in a while, when people get good news from others or something good happens to them, they get motivated to do better and work hard and smart for the best possible results.

The best news I have heard from someone else in a while is that my brother, who is a photographer enthusiast and great at what he does, got a job with the BBC news channel in Delhi. He gets to work with the best people in the business.

I received this news a few days back when he surprised me with this news.

I received this news in person when I met him for his birthday. We were having a conversation, and he told me that he had got the job.

Why do you feel it was good news?

I am super happy after listening to the news because I have seen his work and passion for photography. His knowledge about the subject and his zeal to learn and explore every day make it even more special. It feels even better to see your close ones progress and live the life we have always discussed with each other.
