Describe the game you enjoyed playing when you were younger cue card- sample answer 1

Introduction

Childhood is a time filled with lots of laughter and fun, and a lot of contributions to that fun were the games that children play. Personally, I used to wait till the clock hit a certain time, and I went to play with my friends. That was one highlight of the day for me. That is why, today I will discuss a game I enjoyed playing when I was younger.

What is that game?

The game I will be talking about is Satoliya. It is played with two teams. One team has to break a stack of seven stones, and that particular team has to make the stack again without getting out. The opponent team can remove a person by hitting them with a tennis ball. This goes on till all the members of the team are removed by the opponent before the stack is complete, and then the opponent team’s chance comes into play.

Who do you play it with?

Usually, the game is played in teams, and I used to play it with my building friends after I had finished school. We used to fix a time, and every single one of us used to reach there by that time.

Where did you play the game?

We used to play this game in one of the kid’s buildings as it was spacious and had a place to run and enjoy the game thoroughly.  We sometimes used to go to a nearby park and play there as well.

Why did you enjoy playing that game?

As a child, I remember I used to enjoy playing Satoliya because we had to run, and I loved running. Plus, I believed that it was a strategic game where you had to aim at the stack of stones and be very quick and smart. But the real reason is that I used to enjoy playing it because I was good at it.

Conclusion

To conclude, Satoliya was one of the best games I enjoyed playing. Thinking about it brings back memories that I always cherish.

Introduction

Childhood is a time known for playing games without any worries. Some children like indoor games, some like outdoor games, whereas some like both. They are only concerned about playing games. As a child, I was more inclined towards playing outdoor games, and I want to discuss one game I enjoyed playing a ton.

What is that game?

The game is Four Corners. In this game, we used to decide a certain number of corners as per the people present, and then there was a seeker whose job was to snatch the corner from the player while they were changing their places.

Who do you play it with?

I used to play with my friends, neighbours and anyone who was interested. Sometimes, during festivals like Holi or Diwali, elders played with us.

Where did you play the game?

As the name suggests, the game can be played where there are corners, and that is what we used to look for. If there were no corners, we assigned certain places as corners and then played accordingly.

Why did you enjoy playing that game?

I enjoyed playing that game because it was quick and fun. The seeker had to always be on his/ her toes, and we could play it for a long time. It was a never-ending game.

Conclusion

To conclude, Four Corners was a fun game that anyone could enjoy. This was one game everyone agreed to play and was the easiest choice to make. Childhood games were simple and fun to play.
