REFUND & CANCELLATION

  • Fee paid for any service/subscription will not be refunded by the Company.
  • The course material (if applicable) under any service will be available on the PI portal under students’ independent account for a given period of time as per the plan validity. Once the plan subscription is expired students will no longer have access to any readable or downloadable material and students cannot claim it with PI.
  • PI solely reserves all the rights to any Refund/Cancellation and it’s decision will be final.

Registration and Confirmation

All registrations received by the Company online, e-mail, walk-in or telephone will be deemed to be valid. Registration will be confirmed within 24 hours following receipt of a valid registration after full requisite payment which varies from course to course. The contract will be deemed to be finalized as soon as Company has confirmed the registration, and will then be legally enforceable.

The person who is contractually registered to the IELTS course will become a participant, designated as such below. The person who signs the contract (the person him/herself or, where the person is a minor, his/her legal representative) will be identified as a contract partner, designated as such below.

Information Provided at the Time of Registration

The contract partner expressly declares that the information provided at the time of registration for the IELTS course is true and accurate. Any inaccurate information or omission may lead to immediate expulsion from the course. In that event, the costs of the course will not be refundable, either in whole or in part.

Registration Fees

The company will not charge any additional fee for the course that a student has registered for unless they want to extend the period for which they have signed up and also if they register for a different course.

Agreement Modification Fees

If a participant wishes the type of course in different countries’ conditions to be varied following confirmation of registration by the Company, a Processing Fee will be charged and will be payable with the request for variation. An additional charge will be required if the participant decides to take an extra course for IELTS.
