Describe your Favourite Singer cue card - sample Answer 1

Who is this singer?

I enjoy listening to various types of music depending on the situation and my mood. But if I had to pick a musician to talk about, it would be my all-time favourite, Taylor Swift. She is currently known as a popular pop vocalist with numerous hit singles and albums. However, she used to seek a career in country music, earning the title "The Princess of Country Music."

How do you know this singer?

I first heard her songs roughly ten years ago when I was in an extra class at my school and was casually listening to the US-UK Billboard Hot 100. Her song "Love Story" initially caught my attention at the time because of its beautiful melody and profound lyrics. I still have that song as my ringtone.

What is this person like?

Taylor has a beautiful and great voice, making her a talented singer, and she also has a passion for songwriting.

Why do you think he/she is good?

Most of her compositions are inspired by her own life and experiences; thus, they're highly inspiring, colourful, and touching, and it feels as if she's telling my stories. You can listen to her music whether you are bored, pleased, weary, or enthusiastic. They still have meaning and leave you with a pleasant, feel-good sensation.

Conclusion

Listening to her at night after a chaotic day brings peace to my mind and soul. That's all I have to say about the subject.

What is this person like?

Satinder Sartaj is a hardworking and humble singer. He appreciates his followers and communicates with them constantly on social media, which I find sweet.

Who is this singer?

Lata Mangeshkar is the singer I'm going to discuss. I began liking her voice among all female singers when she was renowned for her songs and singing.

How do you know this singer?

Once, I was watching a movie with my father, “Ram Teri Ganga Maili”, in which Lata Mangeshkar sang the song “Sun Sahiba Sun”, which was a fantastic song. Immediately after listening to that song, I found out that it was performed by Lata Mangeshkar. Since then, I started listening to her various songs. Apart from Hindi songs, she also sings various Tamil songs.

What is this person like?/ Why do you think he/she is good?

I appreciate her singing abilities; she is one of the industry's most versatile singers. She melts people with her voice, whether singing in Hindi or Tamil. Despite the fact that her mother tongue is not Tamil, her pronunciation is significantly superior to that of many of the vocalists.

Conclusion

I regret to say that she is no more, but she will always stay alive in our hearts through her music.
